Take a survey on home health care needs

Do you receive care from a home health agency or an attendant? Homemaker services? Other ongoing care and services in your home? If so, "Ohio Consumers for Quality Care, No Matter Where," an initiative of the National Consumer Voice for Quality Long-Term Care, is asking you to take a survey about what what you need from home care services and how you define quality care. A report will be issued later this year based on the results of the survey.

Volunteers are also needed to conduct the telephone interviews. If interested, send an email to info@theconsumervoice.org by March 1, 2012.
