Provide feedback on SAMHSA's eight strategic initiatives

The Substance Abuse & Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) has identified eight strategic initiatives to focus the agency's work on improving lives and capitalizing on emerging opportunities. These initiatives are part of SAMHSA's plan called "Leading Change: A Plan for SAMHSA's Roles and Actions 2011-2014" and SAMHSA would like to hear ideas and feedback from the public and outside experts on the plan. Comments will be accepted through October 22, 2010.
