Take a housing survey conducted by NAMI Ohio

What factors contribute to and what factors interfere with successful housing outcomes for consumers of mental health services? That is what the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Ohio would like to know. NAMI Ohio is conducting an online survey that will close on August 31, 2010. Results of the survey will be available on the NAMI Ohio website and in the quarterly NAMI Ohio News Briefs.
